The Egyptian capital Cairo will host the 2020 edition of the Watrex Expo from the 22nd to the 24th of March. It is a conference and exhibition dedicated to water and wastewater treatment specialists.

In some parts of the African continent, surface water resources are being depleted due to human activity or drought. Several parts of Africa are affected by this project. These are the Sahel, the Maghreb, Eastern and Southern Africa. Countries such as Namibia and Egypt are increasingly relying on wastewater reuse to avoid depletion of surface water resources.

This important theme will be at the heart of the 2020 edition of Watrex Expo. It will be held from March 22 to 24, 2020 at the Egyptian International Exhibition Centre in Cairo. The event brings together water and wastewater professionals in Egypt, Africa and the Middle East. The event will also welcome water and wastewater treatment equipment manufacturing companies based in Europe, the United States and Asia.

Watrex Expo 2020 will also showcase technological innovations; the latest machinery and equipment for water and wastewater treatment. The show will be a meeting place for manufacturers and service providers. The exhibition will provide business opportunities for Egyptian and international stakeholders in the water industry to learn and explore the future trend of the Egyptian water market.

Watrex Expo 2020 will also be a conference focusing on the challenges of the water and wastewater market, as well as the prospects and innovations in this important sector.
